We assist in locating temporary housing appropriate to individual family needs and within corporate price guidelines when hotel accommodation is not appropriate either by reason of family considerations or duration of stay. Such housing may be required prior to move-in to permanent accommodation or for extended business trips.

Our services include: Review the housing requirements from the completed needs assessment questionnaire; Communicate with Relocation Manager to clarify requirements and/or to update on the housing market so as to set realistic expectations; Provide security tips as standard procedures; Conduct research on local markets to identify housing that meets the requirements of the assignee or employer; Pre-screen properties to establish a short list for viewing by the assignee upon arrival; Provide list of houses with addresses and pictures to the client before arrival so that client can give feedback; Provide tour of available properties per Employer’s policy; Facilitate lease negotiations with the landlord and/or agent; Assist with the preparation of any documentation to support the application, such as letters of intent; Coordinate establishment of lease/agreement to occupy; Arrange for the lease to be signed by all parties and initial payments to be secured; Drafting of contract; Ensure that any repair work required is completed prior to the assignee moving in; Assist with the completion of the property condition report or inventory check-in; Facilitate the payment of security deposits and initial rent; Advise tenant/assignee of all obligations and duties they are responsible for under terms of lease agreement.
